We are looking for someone with experience in customer responsibility and business development who is meticulous, independent, and thrives in a dynamic work environment. Do you have an understanding of staffing, recruitment, and interim solutions in industry and logistics – and enjoy working closely with customers as well as with our local offices to create strong business results? In this role, you will primarily work directly with our customers and in close collaboration with our local offices to develop business, identify needs, and ensure that we deliver the right competence through our services. You will build long-term relationships, drive growth, and be an important link between customer challenges and our solutions.

About the positionIn this role, you will be responsible for developing and growing relationships with both existing and new customers within the industrial and logistics sector. You will work advisory and business-driven, identify competence needs, and create solutions within staffing, recruitment, and interim that strengthen the customer's operations.
You will drive the entire sales process – from prospecting and needs analysis to negotiation, contracts, and follow-up. You will work closely with our local offices to ensure a smooth and qualitative delivery where you together create value and security for the customer. The role also involves working strategically by analyzing customer data, demand patterns, and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
You will play a central role in building strong partnerships, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and contributing to the region's growth. You will report to the Regional Director, and the position suits you if you are motivated by responsibility, results, and developing business in a fast-paced and changing environment.
ResponsibilitiesBuild and develop long-term customer relationships.
Drive the entire sales process, from first contact to completed business.
Identify customer needs and present solutions that create business value.
Conduct customer meetings, quotes, and contract negotiations.
Analyze customer data and market trends to find new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high quality in delivery and customer experience.
Follow up on contracts and results.
Participate in improvement work and contribute to the development of our sales methods and offerings.

QualificationsExperience in sales, customer responsibility, or account management.
Identify customers' competence needs and present solutions within staffing, recruitment, and interim.
Prospect and engage new customers and create business opportunities in the region.
Conduct customer meetings, needs analyses, quotes, negotiations, and contracts.
Work closely with our local offices to ensure high quality and efficiency in delivery.
Follow up ongoing customer collaborations and ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business development.
Analyze customer data, demand patterns, and market trends to drive strategic sales work.
Plan and prioritize your own work to achieve set goals and contribute to the region's growth.
