We are now looking for reinforcement at our rental station in central Stockholm in the form of service-oriented Car Rental Agents/Car Care Specialists (CSR/Hiker) who want to be part of an exciting development journey. The role of Car Rental Agent/Car Care Specialist is varied, where your main task is to take care of our customers and cars, both of which are always in focus. You play an important role in the customer's experience of their rental, from the moment they come to pick up their car until the return, where your customer service is crucial.

We are looking for you who want to work full-time as well as those who want to work as extra staff.

You will assist the customer throughout their car rental, such as:

• Receiving bookings & inquiries from customers via phone, email, or in person
• Assisting in the garage/parking for any questions regarding the car's functions
• Renting out cars & preparing rental agreements
• Cleaning and preparing the car after rental, as well as handling damages
• Car delivery & daily planning of the station's available fleet

A requirement for the position is a valid driver's license (B) and proficiency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Furthermore, we believe you are an administrative star with an aptitude for learning new systems.
