Internship: Account Manager B2B at Miljonbemanning
Do you want to learn real sales? Not just sit beside and watch, but be involved where business actually happens.
We are looking for internship students who want to step directly into a B2B sales role and build practical experience that lasts even after graduation. At Miljonbemanning, you will be part of the sales team from day one and work closely with experienced Account Managers who will teach you the craft behind long-term customer relationships.
The role has a clear focus on B2B sales. You will work with prospecting, appointment setting, and customer dialogues, gradually understanding how customer needs translate into business.
Everything we do is based on three things: quality, openness, and passion. This also applies to how we welcome internship students.
About the Internship Assignment
As an intern with us, you will receive structured training with clear responsibilities and progression. You will have a personal mentor who coaches you continuously and gives you insight into the entire sales process, from the first contact to follow-up.
Theory from school is directly applied to real customer cases.

Your Responsibilities
• Prospect and identify new corporate clients

• Support in CRM, follow-up, and sales administration
Who Are We Looking For?
You are studying at a vocational school in sales, marketing, economics, or similar and are looking for an internship where you can take responsibility. You enjoy a fast-paced environment, are curious about business, and find it natural to reach out to new people.
You Are:
• Results-driven and self-sufficient
• Fearless in dialogue with customers
• Structured and eager to learn for real
Meritorious
• Previous experience in customer contact or sales
• Interest in B2B and business development
• Interest in staffing, recruitment, or HR
• B driver's license
