One of the company's founders is Mikael Arndt, one of Europe's foremost speakers in sales, who has trained hundreds of thousands of salespeople in over 25 countries during his career. This gives us at Closers Only a unique credibility and deep knowledge regarding both sales and sales training.

We have our office in central Stockholm on Sveavägen, and we are now looking for a driven SDR who wants to join us on our continued growth journey!


Job Description

As an SDR at Closers Only, you will be a central part of the sales team. You will contact and qualify leads, as well as book meetings for our Account Manager and one of the company's founders.

You will be responsible for the entire meeting booking process from the first contact to a booked and confirmed meeting, as well as follow-up in our CRM system. The work takes place in an inspiring environment with a high tempo, strong team spirit, and clear goals.


Responsibilities

  • Contact and qualify leads

  • Book meetings for the Account Manager and founder

  • Confirm bookings and update the CRM system

  • Work towards clear goals for meetings and deals

Your Profile

You are a communicative, goal-oriented, and positive person who is passionate about sales and thrives in a fast-paced environment, wanting to work in a company where development and performance are in focus.


We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in booking meetings within B2B

  • Works in a structured and meticulous manner

  • Wants to develop and constantly improve in sales

  • Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where a lot is happening

  • Has experience working in CRM systems

  • Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
