About the Role

As a customer service representative at MOVS, you are a key person in contact with customers – both private individuals and retailers. You primarily work via phone and email, handling everything from orders and deliveries to complaints and simpler sales. You collaborate closely with other teams and contribute to creating a smooth customer experience in a fast-paced environment, especially during the season.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Handle orders, deliveries, and complaints
• Track shipments and use various knowledge databases
• Contribute to sales and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other teams within MOVS

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who is:

• Structured, meticulous, and comfortable in changing situations
• Responsible, pragmatic, and has an entrepreneurial drive
• Solution-oriented with a holistic view and improvement mindset
• Communicative in Swedish and English
• Interest in cycling and experience with Zendesk is a plus
• Driver's license is a plus but not a requirement
