Do you want to help create first-class service in a modern office environment where every day offers variety? On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a receptionist who wants to contribute to a welcoming atmosphere and a smooth everyday life for both visitors and tenants. The position is located in Solna.

In this role, you will, together with two colleagues, be the face of a property that offers something extraordinary with a restaurant, conference facilities, gym, and top-class reception services.

About the role

As a receptionist, you are the hub of the building's service functions and the first point of contact for everyone who enters the building. You are responsible for creating a pleasant and professional experience, whether it involves welcoming visitors, coordinating conferences, or supporting colleagues in the building. The role is broad and varied, focusing on service, communication, and structure.

Your responsibilities include

• Welcoming and receiving visitors, clients, and suppliers

• Managing calls, emails, and bookings of meeting and conference rooms

• Coordinating service requests and contact with suppliers

• Supporting events, meetings, and other activities in the building

• Contributing to maintaining high standards in the office and common areas

• Collaborating closely with the rest of the reception team

We are looking for someone who

For this role, we will place great emphasis on personal competence. If you have experience in service or reception work, it is an advantage, but not a requirement.

You are self-driven, responsible, service-oriented, and have a knack for seeing what needs to be done without being asked. You enjoy creating order, have an eye for detail, and like to meet people with a warm and professional attitude.

We would like you to have

• Previous experience in reception, hotel, or office service

• Good computer skills and confidence in Microsoft 365

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• A strong sense of service and good communication skills in Swedish and English

Employment

This is a consulting assignment via Joyweek. You will be an important part of both Joyweek and the client company and receive our support throughout your employment. We will closely follow your progress to ensure that you thrive, develop, and have the right conditions.

Scope: Full-time

Location: Solna

Working hours: Weekdays 08:00–17:00

Employment type: Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.
