We are currently seeking an HRBP consultant for a long-term assignment with one of our client's organizations. Here you will have the opportunity to work closely with the business and be an important part of both daily HR operations and the development of HR function processes.

About the role:

• The workload will vary around 50%
• Operational and strategic HR work

Your profile:

• 2-3 years of experience as an HRBP, preferably with collective workers
• Knowledge of labor law
• HR education is an advantage
• Experience with union discussions/negotiations is an advantage
