As a Business Developer Customer Success, you will be responsible for continuously improving and developing the Nordic operations by utilizing best practices from both our own organization and external sources. The goal is to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency across the Nordic market.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Service Development: Responsible for developing the sales and service operations with a focus on maximizing customer satisfaction and success.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze and triangulate data from across the Nordics and provide strategic recommendations to optimize operations.
  • Operations Forum: Lead and facilitate a Nordic Operations Forum where best practices are shared and where local customer managers and other relevant functions develop and learn from each other.
  • Project Management: Lead Nordic projects across functions and borders to ensure effective and sustainable improvements.
  • Process Development: Continuously work on developing and improving business processes to optimize operations and increase efficiency.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest research and trends in customer operations and strategy.

Collaborations and Relationships:

  • Internal Collaborations: Work closely with business units, functions, and countries to share best practices and optimize processes between different teams and countries.
  • Leadership and Motivation: Motivate and guide local teams within Customer Success and Operational Excellence, creating a culture of collaboration and improvement.
  • External Influence: Influence and negotiate with external stakeholders such as suppliers and partners to ensure the business maintains the highest quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Experience and Education: 3-5 years of work experience in a relevant field and an academic degree.
  • Experience in Operations Management: Proven experience in successful operations management, preferably within B2B customer relationships.
  • Communication Skills: You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can express yourself well in both Swedish and English. Additional knowledge of any Nordic language is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: You have the ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Customer Service Knowledge: Good understanding of customer service, techniques, and processes to develop a customer-centric strategy.
