YOUR FUTURE WORKPLACE

We are now looking for an Office Coordinator for our client, an international tech company. You will be part of a smaller team. You will work at the client's office in central Stockholm and are expected to be on-site every day. The advertisement is anonymous at the request of our client. YOUR ROLE

As an Office Coordinator, you ensure that the daily operations at the office run smoothly and support your colleagues with various office-related matters. You ensure that employees and external visitors have the best experience when they come to the office.

Tasks included in the role:

• Welcoming visitors
• Onboarding and offboarding employees
• Ordering and preparing lunch for events and meetings
• Ensuring that office space and conference rooms are organized and clean
• Taking care of everything needed for a functioning kitchen such as dishwashers, refilling coffee machines, etc.
• Internal and external communication via phone calls, emails, and Slack
• Helping to coordinate staff activities
• Ensuring that all legal requirements for the office are met

Requirements for the position:

• You have experience from a similar role
• Experience in a service role
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have experience from the hotel or restaurant industry.
