Job Description

Do you want to be part of driving the development of renewable energy solutions? Our client is now looking for an engaged technical support employee who wants to contribute to ensuring that their customers have the best possible experience with their products and services.

In this role, you will be a key person in the technical support team. You will work to ensure that the company's solutions function optimally and that their customers feel secure and satisfied.

To thrive in this role, we believe you are a structured and meticulous person, with a good ability to document your work. You also need to be flexible and skilled at handling multiple tasks, while we would like to see that you have a problem-solving oriented attitude. Since you will have direct contact with customers, the role also requires you to be communicative.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve technical issues with solar panels, batteries, and support services.
• Proactively monitor and identify faults to minimize operational disruptions.
• Ensure clear and regular feedback to customers and other stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot remotely and coordinate technician visits as needed.
• Document and close cases after they have been resolved.

Qualifications

• Education or experience in technology, electronics, or electrical installations.
• Knowledge of solar panels, batteries, and related technical regulations.
• Good understanding of technical terms and processes.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in technical support within renewable energy is an advantage.
