We are now looking for an operational manager for the Customer Experience Design team who wants to work with our digital channels and services. Martin & Servera is on an exciting digitalization journey. In 2024, we launched an updated e-commerce platform that today accounts for the majority of our total sales, and now we are working on the next step in developing personalized solutions and digital services with the customer in focus.

In the role of operational manager for Customer Experience Design, you will play a key role in leading, reinforcing, and developing Martin & Servera's business area for Digital Services and Digital Channels. Your main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving the strategic work around digital design, customer journeys, user testing, and service design together with other CX Designers and employees in our digital teams.
  • Work in cross-functional teams with an agile approach, ensuring the competence and conditions for other CX Designers to deliver in the teams.
  • Work both operationally and strategically with customer feedback and insights, actively working to minimize the distance between stakeholders and the team.
  • Work operationally in one of our teams, and together with product owners and developers, you will create user stories with input from stakeholders and users and propose new developments based on customer feedback.
  • Personnel responsibility for employees within your own department.
  • Ongoing follow-up and coaching within your team and individuals.

You will report to the Chief Digital Officer, who is part of the business management.

Important for the job to suit you.

  • Currently working or have worked as a strategic CX Designer or Lead CX Design.
  • Experienced in your leadership role and a listening leader who can coach, inspire, and develop your employees and colleagues with great engagement in everyday life.
  • Have a university degree with at least 5 years of experience in the role of CX Designer for web and mobile.
  • Relevant experience in understanding customer insights and needs and transforming these into customer journeys, prototypes, interaction design for web and mobile.
  • Experience conducting customer interviews and user testing.
  • Work insight- and data-driven with a high understanding of the business and what drives value for the customer.
  • Create engagement and get your employees on board towards common goals.
  • Have very good collaboration skills and are good at building good relationships internally, with customers, and partners.
  • Have at least a couple of years of experience working within an agile framework.
  • Communicate in Swedish and English in both speech and writing. Our corporate language is Swedish, so it is important that you can make yourself understood and understand.
