Changes and Improvements on Statsskuld.se
Lately, several major improvements have been implemented on Statsskuld.se to enhance user experience and expand the site's functionality. Here is a summary of the most important news and updates.
New Section: Job Vacancies with Salary Filtering
One of the biggest news is the launch of a brand new section for job vacancies in Sweden. Users can now easily browse through thousands of ads and filter by average salaries for different professions. This makes it easier to compare job market opportunities and find the best fit.
Improved Search Function
A new search function has been introduced that covers most of the site's sections, including professions and articles. Although the search does not yet include job vacancies, it is an area of improvement that is high on the priority list.
AI Enhancements and Updated Professional Articles
With the help of the latest AI models, several enhancements have been made:
- Images for all professions have been created using modern AI technology.
- New articles have been written for all professions to provide more updated and relevant information.
- Salaries have been updated with the latest figures from SCB during the autumn.
Design Update and New Favicon
The site has also received an updated design for a more modern and user-friendly experience. One of the details that has finally been improved is the replacement of the previous generic site icon (favicon). The new icon is an updated version of the original logo from the early days of Statsskuld.se – a delightful combination of nostalgia and renewal.
The color scheme has been adjusted from green and white to various shades of purple, where the iconic "S" has retained its familiar shape but received a modern touch.
Technical Enhancements and Bug Fixes
Several bugs have been fixed to improve the stability and functionality of the site. Additionally, the server has received a much-needed upgrade with more storage space, RAM, and CPU cores, ensuring faster loading times and better performance for all visitors.
Increased Traffic and Future Plans
Traffic continues to increase, although the pace has slowed somewhat since the end of summer. With the new sections, such as job vacancies, the hope is that more visitors will discover and benefit from the site's content.
The plan for winter is to continue development by launching more sections and features. It's an exciting time, and I really look forward to taking Statsskuld.se another step forward.
