Multisoft is now looking for an engaged project manager who has a burning interest in problem-solving and a passion for customer satisfaction for our system development projects. A project manager who plans, leads, and actively contributes to the project's implementation.

In the role of project manager with us, you will have a central function in strengthening and developing our customer relationships. You will focus on:

• Effectively planning and leading multiple parallel customer projects.
• Actively participating in needs analysis, requirements gathering, and meeting customer expectations.
• Continuously developing customer relationships and being a supportive advisor.
• Driving improvements and together with system developers and solution architects, delighting the customer with our deliveries.

We are looking for someone with qualifications in:

• Project management of IT deliveries to customers, covering the entire chain from code implementation to production deployment.
• Experience in conceptual solution design in the form of requirements mapping and process visualization in consultation with customers and project teams.
• Planning and follow-up of software projects with a focus on quality, time, and budget.

You are a person with a relevant academic background and an ability to solve problems, whether it concerns a system requirement or who we should talk to in order to reach decisions.

You have a passion for project management, are business-oriented, responsible, and have experience in system or software development projects.

Any experience in requirements gathering, solution design, system documentation, programming, or database modeling is welcome and facilitates the understanding of our delivery model. Competence in business development is also a plus.

It is important that you are enthusiastic and adaptable, with the ability to motivate your team. The role requires a high level of communication within both IT and business, as well as a constant strive to keep the customer satisfied and positively develop the customer relationship.
