As a Pega Developer, you will be responsible for both new development and operations within an agile team. The role involves taking responsibility for the entire development process – from the idea stage to delivery and follow-up of digital solutions. You work independently but value collaboration within the team and are comfortable networking to find effective solutions and share knowledge. When necessary, you also contribute to requirements analysis, testing, and continuous development.

You have strong communication skills and a good willingness to collaborate, which makes it easy for you to build relationships and contribute to the team's development. You are transparent about your progress and challenges and can present information clearly and pedagogically. With a coaching approach, you support junior colleagues and work proactively to drive development and improvements. The role requires you to adapt to changes and take initiative to create value and progress.

Responsibilities

– Responsible for new development and operations in the Pega system.

– Drive the development process from requirements analysis to delivery and follow-up.

– Collaborate within agile teams and with other developers to ensure high-quality solutions.

– Work with APIs, integrations, and deployment.

– Use and implement Pega best practices, including reusable component architecture.

– Contribute to an agile working method according to the SAFe or Scrum framework.

– Support the team's development through knowledge sharing and coaching.

Requirements Profile

Must-have requirements:

– Competency level 3 (4–8 years of experience).

– Certified PCSSA or higher.

– At least 5 years of experience as SSA.

– Practical experience in development within the Pega system.

– Work experience in Pega development initiatives involving multiple developers.

– Experience with APIs/integrations and deployment processes.

– Experience with relational databases such as SQL.

– Knowledge of and application of Pega best practices, including component architecture.

– Practical experience working according to SAFe or Scrum.

– Good communication skills in Swedish or English, both verbally and in writing.

Desirable:

– Experience in system development for operational support aimed at the labor market or similar areas.

– Badge in Infinity 23 or higher.

– Certification in SAFe or Scrum.

– Knowledge of tools such as ActiveMQ and Kibana.

– Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Additional Information

Location: Solna, with the possibility of remote work up to 50% by agreement.

Assignment period: 2025-03-03 – 2026-03-02, with the possibility of extension (1 year).

Scope: Full-time (100%).
