Who are you?

As a construction project engineer, you will work closely with the site manager and support them on-site. This means you will work with administration (ÄTA management), protocol writing, and participate in various meetings, prepare minor purchases, bid calculations, send out FFU, production calculations, invoice management, and forecasts, which requires that you have prior experience. We also expect that you have a background in one of the following areas: housing, new construction – extensions, and have experience in project management and cost estimation. As a person, you are flexible in your working methods if needed, but at the same time, you are experienced in working within projects. It is fundamental that you are self-sufficient but can also collaborate with others. You are meticulous and strong in the administrative parts and always deliver according to deadlines. You are also communicative, structured, solution-oriented, and engaged in the project.

Qualifications:

Have been involved in at least three projects from start to finish.
You have good knowledge of the construction industry - general regulations AB04/ABT06, ABK, AMA system.
Experience as a responsible BAS-P or BAS-U and/or good experience with BIM model management.
You communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and have a good ability to be clear.
Driving license B is a requirement.

Additionally, it is advantageous if you have:

Experience in pre-projects and projects in developments and reinvestments.
Good knowledge of how to use programs such as Auto CAD Civil 3D or Novapoint.
