Quality Engineer Concrete

There is now an opportunity for you to become part of one of Europe's largest construction companies and contribute to building the new subway in Stockholm! We at Itinera are looking for a Quality Engineer Concrete who wants to be involved in building the Hammarby Canal station. You will be part of a team with a site manager and foremen focused on concrete work.

Currently, about 30 people are working on the project, led by project manager Tomáš Němeček. Tomáš describes the team as follows:

Tomáš Němeček, who has extensive experience in the construction industry, has significant experience from both the Swedish and international markets. He is known for his organizational skills and empathetic leadership.

Main responsibilities as a Quality Engineer Concrete:

• Collaborate with colleagues and external parties within production.
• Prepare and follow up control plans for concrete.
• Manage documents – upload production data and self-checks to clients and internally.
• Prepare documentation for inspections.
• Develop and follow up test plans (e.g., concrete tests, bolts).
• Write minutes (e.g., internal production meetings, kick-off meetings with subcontractors).
• Administer purchases.

Qualifications:

• Experience from an international company in the construction industry.
• Background as a project engineer in construction, civil engineering, economics, or equivalent.
• At least 3–4 years of experience in large-scale projects and working in organizations within the construction or civil engineering sector.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
