The role of the production leader:

• Your main role will be to lead several teams and ensure that the project is completed on schedule and meets the desired quality, to create satisfied customers. You will be responsible for driving production forward and continuously monitoring and maintaining a sustainable production level with high turnover each week.
• You will be in regular contact with customers, workers, and subcontractors and will frequently visit the various projects where you check, inspect the quality of the roofs, and make corrections where necessary to ultimately deliver roofs of unparalleled standard to satisfied customers.
• Most administrative tasks such as job planning and documentation are handled by our production planner in the office, but you must also be able to manage administrative tasks, such as responding to emails, ÄTA, self-checks, photos, etc.
• In this job, you will need to learn a lot technically about roofing; if you have no experience in this, we will train you in roofing, but the most important thing is that you are willing to learn and have the ability to apply our standards exactly.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is willing to learn more about roofing.
• Enjoys hard work and has demonstrated the ability to achieve very good results in previous jobs.
• Is professional and efficient.
• Can guide people from start to finish.
• Is not afraid of heights.
• Has normal to good computer skills.
• Master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
• Has a B driver's license.
