As a Project Manager, you will work to create a strong, successful, and profitable project operation within our client assignments. You will initiate and drive construction and installation projects within our management assignments in consultation with the management organization and external clients.

Examples of Responsibilities:

Steer projects towards set goals regarding economy, time, and technology, with ongoing reporting.
On behalf of the property owner, take on the role of client representative and be responsible for larger construction projects carried out within the management assignments.
Participate in property development projects.
Be the project manager for maintenance projects, both small and large.
Be the project manager for sub-projects in development and renovation projects, both small and large.
Support the management organization regarding projects and project-related issues.
Support the management organization by providing specialist knowledge in existing properties as well as handling warranty issues and planned maintenance.
Prepare decision-making materials, conduct inventories, and investigations before projects.
Be responsible for the preparation of production and investment calculations.
Be responsible for procurement and purchasing of contracts and other suppliers.
Coordinate, lead, and follow up ongoing projects with owners, management, finance function, and suppliers.

As a project manager, you will be responsible for driving 3–10 projects simultaneously, where each project is in different phases and requires your structure and flexibility. The projects often have a turnover of between 1–20 million SEK and are all located within the Stockholm area.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

Relevant post-secondary education, or alternatively good practical knowledge and experience, e.g., as a project engineer, site manager, production manager, construction manager, installation coordinator, or in installation technology.
At least three years of documented experience in leading and managing construction projects, from early program phase to commissioning.
Good knowledge of applicable laws and regulations governing construction activities.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
