Do you have experience in concrete work and want to help build the infrastructure of the future? We are currently looking for a project manager/site manager for STH Spår & Entreprenad!

About the position

STH Spår & Entreprenad is looking for a project manager/site manager in concrete. In this position, you will work with concrete projects in STH's framework agreement with Trafikverket. The agreement involves the maintenance of bridges and construction works in a railway environment. You will be financially responsible for your projects and will be the immediate supervisor and team leader for a team of 8-12 skilled workers in concrete. Other common tasks include:

• Project preparations
• Ordering materials and other contact with suppliers
• Quality assurance according to regulations
• Monitoring of finances and timelines

You will report to the CEO and work closely with the company's management. You will work closely with the core business, follow the projects from start to finish, and play an important role in the company's continued success. To fit in this role, we believe you have been a team leader in concrete for several years.

A requirement for the position is class 2 certification in concrete. If you also have class 1 certification, it is an advantage. If you lack class 1 certification, STH Spår & Entreprenad will provide that training upon employment. Experience in railway work is also an advantage.

A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement for the position.

This is a social role that requires collaboration skills, responsiveness, and leadership qualities. To thrive and succeed in the role, it is also important to be structured, have good problem-solving skills, and be technically knowledgeable in construction. The work also involves contacts with foreign actors, so English language skills are a requirement.

Location: The company's headquarters in Tumba, travel with overnight stays occurs when visiting various projects in Sweden
Start: Immediately, considering any notice period
Salary: Individual salary setting
Scope: Full-time, permanent.
The client primarily envisions a rental recruitment where you will be employed by MTX Recruitment & Staffing for the first 6 months. However, they are also open to direct employment for those who are only interested in that.
