About us

The Permit Unit consists of eight employees, including civil and traffic engineers as well as a street inspector. With our values of Respect, Engagement, Quality, and Care (R.E.K.O), we work strategically and operationally for a safe and pleasant urban environment.

Your responsibilities

As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Reviewing, granting, and following up on excavation permits.
Supervision and dialogue with contractors to ensure quality requirements.
Contributing to the city's governing documents and driving development work in networks.
Practical outdoor work focused on sustainable urban development.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

At least 5 years of experience in the civil engineering industry.
Relevant construction technical education or equivalent competence.
Experience in land inspections, paving, handling excavation permits/traffic plans, or similar tasks.
The ability to work independently, structured, and communicatively.
A valid driver's license (requirement).
