We are looking for someone who finds the role of committee secretary interesting and developing!

About the assignment We are now looking for a committee secretary for our client in Salem. The assignment is expected to start in February 2025. The weekly workload varies, estimated at about 15-20 hours/week. Location: Salem.

This is a consulting assignment via Bemannia.

Your responsibilities

The Environmental and Community Building Administration is responsible for the committee process for the Building and Environmental Committee and the Technical Committee. Our client now needs support for the tasks related to the committee process for the two committees, including preparations in the form of mailings, participating as a committee secretary in meetings, and follow-up work such as minutes and dispatching of matters.

Your qualifications

  • High school education
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Previous work experience as a committee secretary
  • Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing
