About the position

The Environmental and Community Building Administration in Salem Municipality is responsible for the committee process for the Building and Environmental Committee as well as the Technical Committee. The organization now needs backup and support for the tasks related to the committee process for the two committees, including preparations such as sending out documents, participating in meetings, and follow-up work such as minutes and dispatching cases.

In the role of committee secretary, your tasks will include the following:

- Entering documents into the document and case management system

- Sending out invitations to preparations and committee meetings

- Providing support and service to staff and the political organization.

- Acting as secretary at meetings

- Writing minutes

- Dispatching cases

About you

We are now looking for someone who wants to work about 15-20 hours a week. As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and structured.

Requirements for the position

- University degree or equivalent deemed relevant for the assignment

- Previous experience as a committee secretary
