About the position

As a staffing assistant, you play a crucial role that is essential for our operations to function. Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily staffing of nurses and nursing assistants in the department, both short-term and long-term.

We work in the personnel administrative system Heroma where we handle schedule planning, correction of flexible hours, compensations, register absences, and plan onboarding schedules for new hires. You will work closely with the department's nursing managers regarding both operational and strategic staffing issues.

The position is a temporary contract until September 2025.

Qualifications

Requirements:

High school diploma or higher
Experience in personnel and schedule planning
Experience working in personnel management systems
Good computer skills.

Meritorious:

Previous experience working with the personnel management system Heroma
Previous experience in logistics planning.

The Function of Perioperative Medicine and Intensive Care is the hospital's collective resource for anesthesia, surgery, pre- and post-operative care, and intensive care for adults.
