About the Position

We are currently looking for a consultant with experience in credit handling/accounts receivable.

Scope: Full-time 100%
Start: February 17th
Duration: June 30th (during a recruitment process)

The client is located in Sollentuna, and you will need to work on-site at their office in Häggvik.

Your Main Responsibilities

You will be part of a team of 6 people working with accounts receivable and credit granting for all companies within the group. The role includes daily contacts both externally and internally regarding issues related to the entire flow of accounts receivable.

Ongoing tasks such as credit assessment and monitoring, order release, handling payment files, payments, reminder and collection management, and registration of manual invoices
Administering and monitoring securities such as bank guarantees and surety agreements as well as credit insurance
Conducting aging analysis regarding overdue payments
Producing KPI for overdue receivables each month
Reporting internal transactions in Ocra (experience not required)
Reconciling accounts receivable general ledger accounts
Posting reserves for year-end closing

You will also work on documenting tasks and processes for a smooth and effective handover to the new hire.

Who Are You?

To be considered for the role, you need to meet the following criteria:

You have an education in finance equivalent to at least high school level
You have at least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, and it is an advantage if you have worked with credit assessment
You are familiar with systems and can easily adapt to new systems
You are an experienced user of Excel

If you have worked in M3 (formerly Movex), it is an advantage.
