About the assignment

As an ESG Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and compiling sustainability data and ensuring that the reporting is accurate and meets applicable regulations. The role involves developing processes for data collection and validation, as well as supporting the organization in achieving its sustainability goals. You will work closely with various departments to create a holistic view and integrate sustainability throughout the organization.

Responsibilities include

• Ensuring quality and accuracy in sustainability reporting, including ESG data and related key performance indicators.
• Supporting the development of the company's sustainability strategy through performance analysis and key metrics.
• Creating and improving processes for data collection and reporting to ensure consistency and reliability.
• Staying updated on legal requirements and regulations, such as CSRD, and driving compliance with these.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that sustainability goals are reflected in the organization's strategies and work.

Requirements and qualifications

• At least a couple of years of experience in finance, auditing, ESG reporting, or related fields.
• Documented experience working with CSRD.
• A relevant degree in sustainability, law, finance, or another related field.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English in both spoken and written form.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, data collection, and analysis.
