ABOUT THE POSITION

In the role of Staffing & Recruitment Assistant, you will belong to a team in our delivery department where you will work with recruitment processes across all our business areas such as IT, Tech, Finance, and warehousing/logistics. As part of our results-oriented team, you will play a central role in driving success. The role requires you to be fearless and flexible, willing to take initiative and quickly tackle new challenges. You will become an important key player in the team to achieve our goals. Although much of the work is done independently, you will be engaged with the team in your shared goals, results, and the continued development and growth of the business area.

Your manager works as a Recruitment Consultant or Consulting Manager, and we have chosen to have operational managers to provide you with the best support in your role. We have a dedicated development program where you, in your role as Staffing & Recruitment Assistant, will have a clear development plan to enhance your skills and sharpen your competencies. Our training program is called the Training Program and will be tailored together with your manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

Recruitment process: Work with everything from advertising to a candidate receiving a job offer and employment with us. Imagine how exciting it is to follow a person's journey from CV to their new dream job!
Search/headhunting: Work strategically with search and headhunting, primarily on LinkedIn, to identify and recruit leading talents that match our clients' specific needs.
All administration related to our recruitment processes: For example, selection, providing feedback to candidates, scheduling interviews, etc.

As a Staffing and Recruitment Assistant, we see that you:

Are studying a degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Economics, Service Management, Engineering, or IT and have at least 1.5 years left in your studies.
Have previous experience from service and customer contact roles where you have been able to take your own initiative and responsibility.
Fluently speak and write Swedish and have a good command of English, as you will communicate and participate in training in both languages.
