We are now looking for a receptionist who wants to join our team and contribute to a safe and welcoming school environment.

Main responsibilities:

• Substitute coordination: Responsible for scheduling substitutes when regular staff are absent.
• Planning of mother tongue education: Coordinate scheduling and communication as well as time reconciliation.
• Reception duties:
• Answering the phone and welcoming visitors.
• Handling deliveries and visitor check-ins.
• Taking care of lost and confiscated items.
• Creating a safe and welcoming environment for students and supporting staff as needed.
• Supporting the school's management team with administrative tasks.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is structured, flexible, and self-driven. You are a problem solver with a good ability to prioritize and manage multiple processes simultaneously. We would like you to have the following qualifications:

• At least a high school diploma
• Experience in service and administrative work.
• Very good knowledge of English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Experience from working in the school sector is an advantage but not necessary.
• Enjoy working with children and young people.
