Business Controller at Nordr

Nordr is strengthening its controller function and is now looking for an additional Business Controller. Nordr has its headquarters in Oslo and operates in Norway and Sweden, where the Swedish part is located in new offices in Hagastaden. The company develops housing, areas, and neighborhoods in the growing Nordic metropolitan areas. Sustainability is a natural part of daily work, and focus is placed on efforts where it makes the biggest difference, namely in the execution of various projects.

As a Business Controller at Nordr, you will work in a controller group that currently consists of three people. Jakob, the controller manager, describes the company as follows: “When we recruit, we want to bring in the best who want to shape the future with us. As a Business Controller, you will be an important cog in our various projects, and having worked on large construction projects or property development in the past is a significant plus. You will indeed be heavily involved in the business and the various development projects.”

Your responsibilities include:

Project follow-up
Reporting
Budget & Forecast
Analysis
Liquidity forecast
Internal control

You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in economics, and we are looking for someone who has worked with controlling or accounting in the real estate industry for several years.

As a person, you are an unpretentious and analytical team player who is happy to help your colleagues when needed, and you enjoy varied tasks. You perform your work in a careful and responsible manner.
