About the assignment

We are looking for an HR generalist for a consulting assignment for our client in Solna, a broad HR generalist role to support unit and operational managers in HR matters within healthcare. The scope is 100% and is expected to start as soon as possible until August 31, 2025, with the possibility of extension. Working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday, with flexibility in the hours you want to work. There is an opportunity to work partially remotely. The role is part of an HR team where you have primary responsibility for an area of operations and managers, acting as the first and closest HR support. Operational and consultative HR work includes salary reviews, individual personnel matters, labor law/contract issues, recruitment, and hiring. The operations are geographically spread throughout the Stockholm area, which means that support and work are often conducted via phone, email, Teams.Your tasks

• Education/work experience in HR including labor law,
• Previous experience of broad HR support to managers and operations
• Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Very good experience of working with IT systems such as email, etc. in previous roles.

Meritorious

• Previously worked in the IT systems Heroma and Varbi
• Previously worked with AB or with a public employer or previously worked with HR issues within healthcare
• Previously worked with Microsoft Office including Teams
