Do you have a passion for customer service and want to help make our customers' everyday lives easier through first-class service? We are now looking for a passionate and enthusiastic service star to support our First Card customers via phone, email, and digital channels.

About the role

Welcome to Commercial Cards Customer Service in Stockholm. We create value by delivering world-class customer service to our Nordea First Card customers. With your commitment and passion, we aim to exceed customer expectations and contribute to creating the bank of relationships for the future.

As our next Service Adviser & Specialist, you will play an important role in supporting our First Card customers with invoice and card-related inquiries in both Swedish and English.

Your focus areas will be to:

  • Work with your colleagues to ensure high availability, trust, and customer satisfaction, focusing on resolving customer issues directly
  • Contribute to the development of Nordea First Card's processes and working methods

We are a Nordic team, but the role is based in Stockholm. Office hours are from 08:00 to 17:00 on weekdays.

Who you are

  • Have a high ability to prioritize your tasks and are used to working in a fast-paced environment
  • Take ownership of what you do and have a passion for creating value for our customers
  • Enjoy working in a team, where you take responsibility for achieving your own and the team's common goals
  • Have an interest in contributing to the development of our processes and working methods
  • Have experience in customer service via phone, email, or other digital channels

Since you will be working with both Danish and Swedish customers, it is a requirement that you are fluent in both languages.
