About the position

As a procurement officer with us, you have a central role in ensuring that our procurements are carried out efficiently and in line with the needs of the organization. You are responsible for the entire procurement process, from needs analysis to contract writing, and you plan, lead, and execute procurements according to LOU.

Your role includes supporting the organization in requirement specification and the design of procurement documents, as well as ensuring sustainable and business-oriented agreements that promote innovation and quality. You collaborate closely with our various operations, Norrtälje Municipality, and Region Stockholm, and act as an advisory and supportive expert in procurement issues.

You also actively contribute to developing our working methods and strategies to further strengthen and streamline our procurement work.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Be responsible for the entire procurement process, from needs analysis to contract writing
• Plan, lead, and execute procurements according to LOU
• Support the organization in requirement specification and the design of procurement documents
• Ensure sustainable and business-oriented agreements that promote innovation and quality
• Collaborate with the company's various operations, Norrtälje Municipality, and Region Stockholm
• Advisory and support
• Contribute to the development of our working methods and strategies in procurement

About you

For this position, you need:

• Relevant academic degree in law, economics, public administration, or technology. Alternatively, a vocational education in procurement, purchasing, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in public procurement according to LOU.
• Experience in carrying out complex and strategic procurements in care-related areas.
• In-depth knowledge of LOU and other relevant regulations.
• Experience in contract writing and contract follow-up.
• Be skilled in translating requirements from the organization into business-oriented solutions.
• Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate with various operations, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Experience in providing support and advice to colleagues and managers on procurement issues.

It is meritorious if you also have:

• Experience in public procurement in healthcare or care.
• Experience in contracts/orders/projects and procurements in IT and digitalization.

You will become part of the finance department, which, in addition to a purchasing and procurement team, consists of a controller team and an accounting team.
