About the Position

We are looking for an administrator with a customer service focus for our client! Our client is a global company specializing in loss prevention services. The company helps both individuals and businesses protect their buildings and operations by identifying and addressing risks such as moisture, pests, and fires.

You will handle invoicing inquiries, emails, and case management from both regional and central units. Your tasks will include guiding customers correctly, managing incoming calls from both businesses and individuals, and updating and correcting customer information. You will also schedule follow-up visits and track cases. The role requires you to be comfortable using the phone and computer as work tools.

The consulting assignment is until 2025-05-31 with a chance of extension.

Working hours: 08:00-16:30

  • A monthly salary based on hourly wages, corresponding to between 23,500 - 24,000 SEK.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle ongoing customer service tasks, including invoicing inquiries, emails, and case management both regionally and centrally.
  • Provide guidance and support to customers, both corporate clients and individuals, via incoming phone calls.
  • Update and correct customer information and manage assignments.
  • Plan and schedule follow-up visits and perform updates and searches of cases.

We Are Looking For You Who

  • Has previous experience in a service role, preferably customer service or another equivalent role
  • Enjoys using the phone as a work tool
  • Has good system skills and thus masters the MS Office suite
  • Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing

It Is Meritorious If You Have

  • Previous experience in customer service or invoicing inquiries
  • Previous experience in pest management
