Haglunds Bygg is now looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to strengthen our team in Stockholm.

About the Position

As a project manager with us, you will play a key role in our construction projects, responsible for driving projects from start to finish. You will work on everything from estimating and submitting bids to planning, executing, and following up on project progress. You will maintain close contact with clients and coordinate subcontractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time and with high quality.

Main Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for production, finance, work environment, and safety in the projects. We want you to drive operations according to our goals and guidelines and always strive for satisfied customers, profitability, productivity, sustainable development, quality, and a good and safe work environment. Since the projects are located throughout the country, travel is required in this position.

We are looking for someone with experience and the ability to lead people and teams, who has a natural drive to achieve results and move forward, a business-oriented view of your role, and the ability to handle a high workload while maintaining a holistic perspective.

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least two years of post-secondary education in construction technology.
• At least five years of experience in the construction industry in a leadership position, experience in concept construction is an advantage.
• Some of the jobs performed require you to be a Swedish citizen and pass a security clearance.
• Experience in contract law.
• Driving license B.
• Bas-U and Bas-P authorization.
• Very good computer skills and knowledge of the Office suite.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
