About the role:

As a service technician at DREM Energy, you will focus on the installation, repair, and maintenance of heat pumps and cooling systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of these systems and preventing problems. The work also includes some electrical work and plumbing-related tasks associated with heat pumps.

We are looking for someone with technical training, particularly in heat pump service. You have a refrigeration certificate category 1 and knowledge of plumbing equipment. You can work independently as well as in a team and have a B driver's license. A strong customer focus and good problem-solving skills are essential. It is an advantage if you have experience in installation and work with cooling and heat pump systems, as well as electrical competence or authorization.Your main responsibilities include:

• Performing service and repairs to keep heat pumps and cooling systems in optimal condition.
• Conducting regular safety tests and quality checks to ensure that the equipment meets current safety regulations.
• Contributing to the installation and commissioning of new heat pump systems.
• Documenting completed work and following up on customer needs.

Who are you? We are looking for someone with experience in heat pump service and cooling systems. You are used to working with service and maintenance of technical systems and have strong problem-solving skills. We would like you to have electrical competence or authorization, which is a significant asset for this role. You therefore have sufficient knowledge to independently assess and identify what needs to be addressed during service and repair of the systems.
