About the position:

In the role of team leader at Sterco, you will lead and plan to ensure that the projects Sterco is involved in run smoothly and that the work stays within budget and schedule. An interest in developing workflows and efficiency is a plus.

Your days will include visiting job sites, maintaining customer contact, as well as purchasing and invoicing as needed. The work is done in close collaboration with the company's CEO and project managers.

The geographical location for the position is southern Stockholm at the headquarters.

Qualifications:

We prefer that you have a couple of years of experience in similar roles within the ventilation industry or longer experience in another position within the ventilation sector and are ready to take the next step. In addition to experience, you should have good economic understanding and calculation skills, as well as relevant education for the position.

We place great importance on personal suitability.

Previous experience working with Rekyl is an advantage.

Since the work largely takes place in security-classified areas, a requirement is Swedish membership and that you have no previous criminal record. Additional requirements for the position include a driver's license and fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

About Sterco:

Sterco, established in 2010, operates under the motto “100% quality” in all the jobs they perform. Today, we have 22 employees in the company, with a wide age range and a good gender balance.

We perform all types of ventilation work and assist with consultation regarding new or existing ventilation systems, OVK inspections, service, maintenance, and repairs of ventilation systems.

The main operation is located in Jordbro, but we also have a newly established branch in Umeå with three employees stationed there. Sterco is committed to maintaining the family-like atmosphere that has become the hallmark of the business and organizes various activities annually, such as Christmas dinners, kick-offs, and trips abroad to promote this.
