JMG Betong has several exciting projects ahead and we are now looking for a project manager who wants to lead a well-functioning business with a focus on growth. As a project manager for JMG Betong, you have a central role in the business with significant production and business responsibility. In addition to leading and being responsible for projects within our concrete operations, you will work closely with customers, nurturing existing clients and creating new business opportunities. The role entails overall responsibility for personnel, finance, quality, and the environment, and you will report to the operational manager at Sh bygg, stone, and construction. You will also have close collaboration with other project managers within the Sh Group. The position is located in Upplands Väsby, but your geography extends throughout the Mälardalen region.

Your responsibilities include:

• responsibility for personnel and working environment; lead, engage, and develop your employees
• conducting operations according to set goals and guidelines, always striving for customer satisfaction, profitability, productivity, sustainable development, quality, and a good and safe working environment
• establishing and following up on budgets and business plans
• overall responsibility for budget matters, such as forecasting, bid submissions, contract writing, agreements, and purchases, with support from your colleagues
• ensuring that routines, guidelines, and legal requirements are met and adhered to in projects

What can you offer?

We are looking for someone with several years of experience as a manager in a similar role with varied concrete or construction projects on their CV. You are well-versed in contract and construction law and thrive in a role with significant influence and entrepreneurship. Furthermore, we would like you to enjoy and be motivated by breaking new ground and driving development work within the organization.

• Post-secondary construction engineering degree or equivalent
• Training in contract and construction law
• Many years of leadership experience in the concrete and construction industry
• Documented experience in finance and budgeting processes
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Driving license B

You delegate responsibility in projects and follow up to ensure activities are carried out. You will have many points of contact internally within the group and externally with customers and other stakeholders, so you need to have good communication skills and high social competence.
