Project Manager for the Property Unit at Södertälje Hospital

About the position

We are looking for a project manager who can drive both large and small projects within property and operational setup. The Property Unit at Södertälje Hospital consists of 2 people and is responsible for construction projects as well as operations and strategic issues regarding properties and premises. The Property Unit is organizationally part of the finance department, which consists of about 15 people. You will have close cooperation with the hospital's operations, chief physicians, trade unions, support functions such as IT, MT, procurement/purchasing, healthcare hygiene, Locum employees, and their subcontractors.

As a project manager, you and the property manager will have overall responsibility for the hospital's construction projects, operational setup, and other premises issues. This means you will have a broad area of responsibility and varied tasks. You will support the hospital's operations by defining the requirements for functional premises for healthcare in construction projects.

Your qualifications

Requirements:

• You have a relevant healthcare background and experience in project management.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Experience with premises and construction projects within healthcare. Previous work with organizational changes is also meritorious.
