HR Partner with a Focus on Competence Supply
We are looking for an HR partner focused on competence supply to cover for our colleague who will be on parental leave.
Are you passionate about HR issues, have experience, and want to help develop the field within ambulance care!
AISAB is an exciting company with a strong focus on development where HR issues are strategically important. You will be part of the HR and communications unit and report to the HR and communications manager. We are a wonderful team that enjoys working together and where we collectively have both breadth and depth in our expertise.
Your next challenge:
You will work strategically and operationally, covering all areas within HR with a strong focus on competence supply, recruitment, leadership development, labor law, and contract interpretation, as well as salary reviews, rehabilitation, key figures, and management support.
You are expected to be structured and proactive in developing, managing, and improving AISAB's HR processes and methods at a strategic level.
The HR agenda focuses on driving change and development work and supporting managers accordingly. Developing effective methods and processes within the above areas is central. You will also lead development projects together with colleagues and managers. You will work simultaneously on many different projects and tasks and are used to prioritizing and structuring accordingly. You will manage multiple parallel projects and tasks and drive, follow up, and structure them.
Who are you?
We see that you have several years of experience working with HR. To succeed in this role, it is important that you have integrity and personal maturity. You are structured and solution-oriented and have a high degree of flexibility in your working method. The ambition level is high, and taking initiative and being proactive is a natural part of your working style.
You enjoy working independently as well as collaborating since your role involves many different contacts. You are used to working consultatively and close to operations. We would like you to have experience in digitizing HR processes and working data-driven.
Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.
Qualifications
- Relevant academic education preferably in HR
- Several years of experience in broad HR work
- Several years of experience in strategic competence supply
- Very good knowledge of labor law and experience in collective agreement interpretation
- Experience in rehabilitation and personnel matters
- Experience in leadership development
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written form
- Very good analytical skills
Employment Type
Temporary position for about 1 year full-time.
Start Date
By agreement, we would like you to start in March 2025.
