We are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator.

Assignment Description

As an administrator, you will work to drive change and management activities within the platform. Your role involves understanding the business requirements, managing products/applications in the platform according to ServiceNow's 'Best Practices'. You will work closely with the client's solution architect and other team members for the platform and process owners, as well as have some dialogue with the business regarding support.

The assignment includes both management, i.e., handling support cases, incidents, and other system administrator tasks.

Your Profile

The role means you will be involved in the technical configuration of the platform, as well as managing implemented solutions together with our process and application owners. You should have experience with SaaS platform architecture as well as traditional IT infrastructure. We expect you to be structured and used to driving and documenting work related to configuration and adaptations. The client uses ITIL as a framework for processes and SAFe as a framework for development. It is desirable that you have experience with these frameworks.

In your role, you will be responsible for:

• Incoming cases, service requests, and incidents
• Management of foundation data for the platform
• Technical configuration and managing implemented solutions together with process and application owners
• Problem root cause and data analysis as well as solution proposals
• Communication and management of knowledge articles that assist our users and teams
• Monitoring platform performance via ServiceNow tools
• Data analysis to review inflows, trends, and provide suggestions for automation and other improvements
• Patch management and upgrades – admin and coordination of this
• Simpler development tasks
• Acting as Scrum Master in the team to some extent

Must-haves:

• ServiceNow Foundation (Sys Admin)
• 1 year of experience managing the ServiceNow platform.

Nice-to-haves:

• ITIL experience
• Competence/experience with Best Practices from ServiceNow
• Competence or previous experience in infrastructure, CMDB, and Discovery
• Experience with the BCM module (Business Continuity)
• Scrum Master experience
