As a Damage Estimator at Werksta Norrtälje (formerly Roslagens Karosservice), you will play a central role in our operations by ensuring accurate cost estimates for vehicle repairs. You will be part of our strong team and work closely with workshop staff to deliver the highest possible customer service and satisfaction.

We are looking for someone with experience in the automotive industry and preferably previous experience in damage estimation or similar tasks. It is important that you have analytical skills and feel comfortable using various estimation systems and software. As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and have a knack for communicating clearly. A B driver's license is a requirement.

In the role of Damage Estimator, your main responsibilities will include:

• Performing accurate damage assessments and cost calculations for vehicle repairs.
• Collaborating with the workshop team to ensure realistic and economically advantageous repair processes.
• Communicating with insurance companies to ensure correct compensation processes.
• Updating and maintaining databases and systems with current information on damage cases.
