About You

We are looking for an experienced claims adjuster. We place great emphasis on your personality, and it is important for us that you fit into the team and are unpretentious. It is essential that you are a service-oriented person who finds it easy to socialize and build trust. You have experience in the automotive damage industry and possess knowledge of various business systems, planning tools, and estimating software. Experience with Cabas is a requirement. We would prefer if you have some automotive education, and it is a plus if you have a background as a sheet metal worker, painter, or workshop manager. You speak and write fluently in Swedish and preferably in English. A driver's license is required.

Job Responsibilities

• Damage inspection of booked cars, photo inspections, as well as drop-in and towed vehicles

• Customer reception and contact with insurance companies
• Other administration
• Assist other units
