YOUR FUTURE WORKPLACE Our client is a well-established global retail company in the optics industry that produces both lenses and frames. The company currently has 15 employees and their office is located in Kista. The company cares about people and describes itself as a family-oriented company that is highly goal-oriented.

YOUR ROLE As a customer service representative, you will represent the company externally. Your primary focus is to provide high-quality service to the company's customers and retailers, which is done via phone and email as well as order management. Customer inquiries can range from deliveries and returns to repairs or similar. A large part of the role will also involve relationship building with both retailers and customers. You will work in SAP, CRM, and Zendesk.

You will receive a thorough introduction to get into the role as smoothly as possible.

WHO ARE YOU? We see that you who apply have experience from the optics industry and have worked as, for example, an optical assistant or held a customer service role within this industry. To succeed and thrive in the role, we see that you are helpful and positive in your interactions with customers and colleagues. You are a social person who enjoys working in a team but have no problem with independent work when needed. You are skilled with languages and are a proficient communicator who can express yourself in an educational manner. We see that you have an interest in the company's products and can contribute your expertise with the aim of providing the best possible service to customers. Furthermore, we see that you have the ability to be flexible and prioritize tasks but are also very meticulous and ensure that you complete what you have taken on. You who apply meet the following requirements:

• Experience working with an optician, such as an optical assistant or similar
• Good sense of service and approach
• Good system familiarity
• Ability to communicate fluently in speech and writing in Swedish and English
