We are looking for a Business Manager for the Traffic Authority in Stockholm.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment and Responsibilities

The authority's mission is to prepare and implement decisions regarding the direction and scope for a long-term sustainable public transport system. Additionally, we are responsible for the governance and monitoring of traffic operations as well as maintaining the functionality, safety, and value of the infrastructure. Every day, more than 700,000 people travel using public transport, including subway, buses, commuter trains, and local trains. The Transport Service Section is responsible for transport services and medical trips within the region, conducting nearly 4 million trips per year via taxi or wheelchair taxi. They work through contracted operations, which means contracted transport providers as well as order centers and customer service.

The section handles everything from transport service applications to requests for reimbursement for incurred medical trips. Within the Transport Service's operations, the mission includes managing the agreements that the Transport Service Administration has with contracted transport providers, order centers, and customer service for transport and medical trips.

As a Business Manager, you will drive and develop common issues, routines, and monitoring of contracted suppliers. You are responsible for ensuring that the business runs according to the agreement and that agreed requirements are met, as well as handling deviations when they arise.

You will work with:

· Participating in procurement, implementation, and termination of agreements

• Responsible for invoicing, budgeting, and financial dialogues with the contracted party and other sections related to the economy within the agreement
• Work closely with other business managers for transport service agreements
• Contact/dialogue with travelers regarding the agreement
• Participate in and occasionally lead training and workshops with suppliers and interest organizations
• Represent the transport service in various information contexts with municipalities and industry organizations.
• You will work in a group with other contract managers where you collaborate daily on your agreements. The group consists of a total of 9 people.

You will also have a large network both internally and externally to ensure the content of the agreement, monitoring, and development opportunities.

Requirements (IMPORTANT, mandatory)

At least 5 years of experience working with workforce management, how customer service is resourced based on forecasted volumes and other parameters specific to cost calculation, as well as balancing service level, occupancy, and various staffing models. At least 3 years of documented experience in budgeting and financial analysis.

At least 5 years of experience as a requirement setter against external partners such as contracted suppliers with at least 1 assignment within a politically governed organization.

At least 3 years of post-secondary or university education with a focus on economics. At least 3 years of documented experience in business management/contract management with agreements within public procurement. At least 5 years of documented experience regarding quality work and quality assurance processes.

Meritorious

At least 2 years of experience in project management and change management. At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing processes. At least 3 years of experience working in a role requiring system understanding.
