Benders Byggkraft AB

Benders Byggkraft AB is a subsidiary of Benders AB and specializes in prefabricated concrete buildings for the Swedish power industry. As we grow, other types of buildings may also be included.

We offer the market a comprehensive solution where we design, manufacture, and assemble buildings in-house throughout Sweden. Our operations currently consist of three production facilities located in Strängnäs, Norberg, and Uddevalla. Benders Byggkraft has offices in Halmstad, Gothenburg, and Stockholm.

Do you want to work with project management in critical infrastructure?

We are now looking for a project manager for our office in Solna who wants to work in a stable yet continuously developing environment!

The person who becomes our next project manager will work with critical infrastructure and play an important role in ensuring the expansion of the Swedish electricity grid. We are looking for someone who wants to work in one of the hottest areas of the construction industry and who wants to contribute to the development of the company.

Tasks awaiting you.

As a project manager with us, you are ultimately responsible for driving all components of the project, such as design, manufacturing, and assembly. With the help of your project team, you will work towards core values such as customer satisfaction, profitability, productivity, quality, environment, and safety.

You will work with great freedom towards set goals and report directly to the responsible manager. In your role as project manager, you represent the project and meet external customers, suppliers, and consultants but also have an internally important role as you coordinate all parts of the project. You see connections, draw logical conclusions, and perform feasibility analyses. You want to drive and develop our operations.

Who are we looking for?

Experience: We are looking for someone with experience in project management or a similar role within construction and land projects, has several years of experience in the industry, and is accustomed to making decisions and being the one who gets things done. Previous experience in building construction is a requirement. Experience in land projects is an advantage.

As a person, we see that you are structured, driven, and solution-oriented. You enjoy meeting people and have an easy time building good relationships through your communicative manner, both within and outside the organization. We also believe that you are positive, self-driven, and attentive to listen to customer needs and drive towards a well-executed project. You are interested, engaged, and take responsibility for what you do. To succeed in the role, we see that you should have good computer skills and be able to involve and seek help from your project team and the established routines and working methods that exist.

A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement.
