Your Responsibilities

In the role of project manager at Triclima, you will work with both new production and local adaptations, where larger heat pump installations and cooling systems constitute a significant part. You will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish with a focus on quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The size of the projects varies between 500,000 and 30 million in revenue.

You play an important role in planning projects, managing customer contacts, and following up on the project's finances, including invoicing and timelines. You will work closely with installers and other project managers but have significant personal responsibility and freedom in your role.

Your Profile

To succeed in the role of project manager at Triclima, you need to be a confident and communicative leader with a good understanding of the craft. You are structured, meticulous, and good at planning and prioritizing your time to meet deadlines.

We are looking for someone who is results-oriented, solution-focused, and proactive with a positive attitude. You are used to making your own decisions, can handle stress, and thrive in a role where you can take on significant responsibility.

To be considered, we would like you to:

• Have previous experience in project management within the HVAC industry.
• Be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Have a B driver's license.
• Be without a criminal record (a background check will be required upon employment).
