As a service carpenter, you will work broadly and variably within property-related services in a hospital environment. In the role of carpenter, you will focus on service and problem-solving. You will be part of a team with mixed experience and skills where success is built on the willingness to help each other. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow and further develop your knowledge and skills. As a carpenter within this hospital delivery, you will join a team of wonderful colleagues where together you contribute to a better everyday life for healthcare.
Your Responsibilities Include:

- Perform ongoing rounds (supervision and maintenance)
- Planning your own work
- Follow-up and reporting
- Renovation/reconstruction of premises/offices
- Corrective maintenance (troubleshooting and rectification)
- Long-term planned maintenance in the properties
- Have close collaboration and be helpful to colleagues and property owners
The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial probationary period. Your workplace spans several hospitals in the central and southern parts of Stockholm.
About You

Your Personality
As a person, you have a careful, methodical, and solution-oriented approach to your work. You are confident in your professional skills where you enjoy taking personal responsibility for the service delivery and possess the ability to work in a structured manner. As a person, you appreciate the variation that the work brings, and you are motivated by getting things done. To thrive in the role, you should possess good social skills as you will have a lot of contact with both healthcare staff, colleagues, and suppliers where high demands are placed on good social skills and a positive attitude with a focus on good collaboration.
What We Offer
