About us:

Maximalt Montage is a construction company founded in 2019, specializing in window replacements. We have extensive knowledge and long experience in window replacements.

We primarily serve housing cooperatives, private and municipal property owners, as well as construction companies mainly located in Greater Stockholm, Mälardalen, Uppland, and Gästrikland.

Our team is growing, and we now want to strengthen our team with two self-driven and meticulous installers who want to be an important part of our journey.

Job Responsibilities:

As a window installer with us, your main responsibilities will include:

• Installation and replacement of windows in both new and older buildings.
• Window renovation and sealing to ensure optimal energy efficiency.
• Daily contact with residents.
• Perform self-checks/logs etc. according to Maximalt Montage's quality assurance system.
• Responsible for planning and notifications, either alone or with another installer.
• Collaboration with other craftsmen to ensure an efficient and quality result.
• Apply safety regulations and work methods according to the company's standards.

The position is based in Stockholm.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with a high school education, preferably in construction and civil engineering. To thrive in the role of installer with us, you need to be self-driven and proactive. The willingness to learn and interest takes precedence over previous experience, but possessing these qualities and having experience in window installation and/or renovation is considered an advantage.

Other qualities and merits that we see as valuable:

• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for precision.
• Technical interest and ability to read and follow drawings and instructions.
• Self-driven but equally comfortable working in a team.
• Possesses a B driver's license (desirable but not a requirement).
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
