Do you have experience in matters related to the SUA area? Do you want to help develop security protection within the Government Offices? With us, you will face challenges and work with knowledgeable colleagues focused on delivery.

In this role, you will handle issues related to security-protected procurement with security protection agreements. You will consult internally with lawyers, operational managers, and prepare cases for the security manager at the Government Offices. You will also collaborate externally with suppliers and other authorities, as well as internally with various stakeholders.
Your role also includes conducting follow-ups, controls, evaluations, and being responsible for the development of governing documents within the SUA area. An important part is also to conduct training within SUA. You will participate in the work within the unit's other areas of expertise and contribute to the systematic work to develop security protection within the Government Offices. You will also drive the further development of methodology, working methods, and governing documents for security-protected procurement.
The operation is part of the section for personnel security and security protection agreements at the Government Offices' security department.

Your background
We are looking for someone with a university degree focused on security, or another education in the security field combined with work experience deemed relevant by the employer for the position. Education in security protection analysis, SUA, or other security protection is an advantage. You have several years of current experience in security-protected procurement and knowledge of the laws and regulations governing security protection.
Experience in security protection work at an authority, municipality, or region is also an advantage. Experience working with collaboration and dialogue in a larger organization and experience in conducting security assessments are also beneficial. Likewise, experience in conducting training within the security protection area is an advantage.
Your qualities
To fit in this role, you need to have good collaboration skills, which means you can easily create and maintain contacts both internally and externally. You also need to have good communication and pedagogical skills, enabling you to create understanding at different levels and for different target groups. You are quality-conscious, self-driven, flexible, and have good judgment with high integrity.
Other
The employment begins with a six-month probationary period. Start date as soon as possible.
The position is classified in a security class, and a security assessment with a background check will be conducted before a hiring decision is made. You must be a Swedish citizen, but you may have a foreign background.
