We at Securitas are currently looking for a team leader for a hotel in Stockholm. Here you will be an important part of the daily work and ensure that routines and safety work are followed. In the role, you will work as both a security guard and a watchman, but your main task is to ensure that your team has the right conditions to carry out the daily work in the best possible way. You will also work closely with the customer and be part of the daily collaboration between the customer and Securitas.

Through your engagement in the team and clear leadership, you lay the foundation for well-cohesive teams. At Securitas, we want to be the best in our industry, and in the role of team leader, you will have a significant impact through regular dialogue with both our customers and employees around you.

You will for example:

• lead and plan the daily work effectively
• manage daily contact with the customer
• ensure that Securitas policies are followed and adhered to

• You are a trained security guard and order guard
• Have experience from the security industry
• Approved grades in Swedish and English from the first year of high school
• Class B driver's license

Meritorious

For employment within Securitas Sweden AB, it is required that you have approved grades from high school in Swedish and English and are approved by the County Administrative Board for employment in an authorized security company according to the Act (1974:191) on security companies (the application is made by Securitas). Depending on the position, a security review according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may also be relevant. To investigate and assess whether you meet the requirements to be approved according to each regulation, a background check will be conducted. The assessment concerns compliance with the law, suitability, reliability, loyalty, and any vulnerabilities. Information collected may come from you, open sources, or authorities. We apply a holistic assessment when evaluating suitability for each position.

Salary and employment conditions are based on the collective agreement between the employer organization Security Companies and the Swedish Transport Workers' Union.
