About the Position

Filmstaden strives for every guest to love going to the movies, and with your help, guests can have an even better experience. We are now looking for engaged students for the role of customer service and reception at Filmstaden's fine premises in Råsunda. You will be part of a student pool with nine other students working together at Filmstaden.

This part-time position is primarily intended for work during weekdays, 2–3 days a week. If needed and vacancies arise, there may also be opportunities to work on weekends.

Working Hours: Weekdays 09 - 17:15

Job Responsibilities

Handle phone calls and emails for bookings and inquiries.
Welcome guests at the reception.
Respond to chat inquiries about ticket purchases and refunds, among other things.

We Are Looking For You Who

Is studying at a university or college at least 50%
Has at least 1.5 - 2 years left of your studies
Can work two weekdays a week
Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
Has previous experience in service roles

It is an advantage if you have:

Previously worked as a customer service representative or receptionist
Are studying a master's program
